The agency offers Skilled Nursing and Aides only services – Level 2. The services focus on RN supervision of aides with medication management. We are trained and equipped to service the market segments that require our services.

The agency will operate 24 hours 7 days a week, our office facility will be opened between 9am to 3pm, Monday – Friday to attend to clients.
Services Provided by our RSA
This service focuses on Medication Management, Patient and Family Education regarding patient care and progress, etc. These services are provided by RNs/LPNs and CMAs. The RN ensures that every patient receives the direct and proper care they need. The RN accesses and identifies a patient’s needs, then implements and monitors the patient’s medical plan and treatments.
The aide will be responsible for medication reminder, transfer of the client from one place (position) to another, cooking, feeding, running errands, doing laundry as well as assisting clients with bathing, showering, grooming, other personal hygiene tasks, picking up heavy objects, dressing, using the restroom and performing simple housekeeping tasks, cleaning. They also engage clients in activities like reading, talking and playing games.
Dayspring Support Services is registered to offer Home and Community-Based services and supports for people with developmental disabilities and other abilities. Its primary. Dayspring Support Services Inc. provides a coordinated service delivery system to participants toward the goal of full integration into their community. Our Home and Community-Based service delivery system are provided through either a Medicaid State Plan, Waiver program, or State-funded services. Through Dayspring Support Services Inc. people receiving services also receive help from family members, community organizations, and other programs outside of the Dayspring Support Services Inc.

Adult Residential Services provide a safe and supportive living environment for individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Each home is designed to promote independence while ensuring access to professional care and support around the clock. Residents benefit from personalized care plans, opportunities for personal development, and a nurturing community where they can thrive.
Personal Support services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, offering assistance with everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, and household management. This service ensures individuals can maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the help they need to live comfortably in their preferred environment.
Nursing Services provide expert medical care and support to individuals with complex health needs. Licensed nurses offer a range of services, including health assessments, medication management, wound care, and coordination with healthcare providers. This service ensures the well-being and safety of individuals while promoting their overall health and independence.
These services all fall under the Community Pathway waiver. Residential Services includes Shared Living, Community Living – Group Home, and Supported Living. Personal Support provides regular personal assistance, support, supervision, and training to assist the individual to participate fully in their home and community life.
